At our plant, we follow a carefully designed process to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our shrimp.

Harvest & Transport
The shrimp is harvested alive from our farms and transferred to special containers with water and oxygen to maintain its vitality.
Transfer to Plant
The containers are transported to our facilities, ensuring optimal oxygen levels throughout the journey.
Reception
Al llegar a la planta, el camarón es recibido vivo para garantizar su frescura y calidad.
Slaughter process
A treatment with metabisulfite and thermal shock is applied for slaughter, following strict safety and quality standards.
Clasificación
The shrimp is carefully selected and graded by size.
Packaging & Freezing
Once classified, it is packed in boxes and frozen.
Ready for export
Finally, the product is ready for distribution to international markets, ensuring first-quality shrimp.
